The Flèche d’or  The Flèche d’or is ideal for a daylong cruise, though if you are pressed for time a half-day trip is also very possible. Guests will be picked up in the morning and driven out of the city, northwest of Dhaka to where the boat is docked. 
The boat glides downstream the Dholeshwari and Buriganga. According to the season, the width of the river varies
between 20m to 4km. Cargoes and fishing boats animate the landscape and the green of the paddy fields is silvered
by the winding waterway. In the city suburbs there is intense activity – loading and unloading pottery, stones and sand.
We might meet some river gypsies, and, if lucky, Gangetic dolphins.
